If this is freeware, why do they do the scan then ask if you want to fix it. Then they ask you to pay for it.

You could for example try http://software-today.com/comodo-system-cleaner-review in combination with CCleaner. Should be a good combination

Version 2.14.750 was the first version to support Windows 7, so go ahead
Today’s current version is 2.25.1025.
